At Frampton & Associates, we believe that the design and construction of a building is a multi-faceted project requiring the contributions of many people. The responsibilities of each individual must be clearly defined in advance, and all team members must understand how their contributions influence the finished structure.

Here are the dedicated team members that will assist you with your project.

Charles T. Frampton - Owner,CEO, President
A native of Summerville, SC, Charles earned a BBA from the University of Georgia, served 3 years in the US Military and embarked upon his professional career as part owner and general manager of IndaCom in Greenville, SC. In 1976, he returned to the Charleston trade area and has been a prominent general contractor in the tri-county area ever since. He holds a general contractors license in both North and South Carolina, has been a licensed real estate broker since 1977 and serves on several Building and Banking Boards of Directors.
Denise M. Frampton - Office Manager
Denise grew up in Hanahan, SC where she graduated from Hanahan High School, received a Certificate in Construction Management from Trident Technical College and her Builder's Inspection license from the SBCCI. She began her career in the purchasing and accounting department of Cummins Engine Company where she remained or 11 years. Denise left Cummins to take a position as Office Manager in the building inspection department at the City of North Charleston, and was later promoted to inspector. In 1992, she was offered a position as plans examiner/building inspector for Dorchester County which she kept until going to work with her husband at Frampton & Associates. An integral part of the day to day management of Frampton & Associates, Denise is well versed in plan examination, building inspection and accounting.
Steven J. Morey: Senior Project Manager
A native of Baltimore Maryland, Steve moved to Charleston in 1989 just in time to experience hurricane Hugo. He holds an Associates degree in Business Management and a certificate in Construction Management and Quality Management from Trident Technical College. Steve is also OSHA certified and a board member for the MBCEA. After coming to Frampton and Associates, he expanded his knowledge by completing several pre-engineered building and financial seminars and workshops such as: Negotiating Construction Seminar, Product & Pricing Workshop, Construction Methods program; Jack Miller’s Total Quality Management seminar, Marketing Construction Services seminar, as well as the Design, Build, Lease, Finance Seminar. Since his employment in early 1999, Steve has the experience and is highly qualified in his position as Senior Project Manager.

Jennifer Frampton: Real Estate Marketing Coordinator
A Charleston native, Jennifer Frampton has worked at Frampton and Associates since its first day of business working afternoons, holidays, and summers. As the company has grown and developed over the years, she has as well. Jennifer earned her degree in Business Administration and minor in Corporate Communications from the College of Charleston where she was a member of the Phi Mu sorority. She has also completed studies in Construction Management from Trident Technical College and has received certification from the Metallic Building System Prism Pricing program. Jennifer is a licensed realtor specializing in land and commercial property sales and development. She is currently working towards her CCIM designation. Jennifer has a lot of opportunity before her and big plans for the company and herself to continue their growth & development.  

Chad Frampton: Project Manager
Born and raised in Charleston, SC, Chad had worked for the family business since his youth. He started working for the company cleaning job sites after school and had strived to earn the position of our newest project manager. A graduate of Newberry College, where he was a member of the Kappa Alpha Order, Chad earned his degree in Business Administration. Additionally, he has received certification in Auto Cad from Trident Technical College and the Metallic Building Systems Prism Pricing Program. Chad is a member of the MBCEA, Metal Building Contractors & Erectors Association which aspires to improve the growth and development of the building industry. He looks forward to serving the Tri-County area for many years to come and to continue in his father’s legacy of quality metal building construction for the future. 

George J. Michaud: Estimator/Draftsman
Born and raised in North Charleston; he has recently completed his accounting degree at the College of Charleston which contributes to his role as estimator for the company. He has many years of management experience which also facilitates in his other roles with the company such as: Lead Draftsman, helping to keep the office and projects organized and moving smoothly, code research, and reviewing plans.

Brandon Lutes: Assistant Project Manager
Brandon is a native of Summerville, SC and a member of The Citadel’s class of 2006 where he received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Brandon brings a variety of construction related experience with him from having worked in both the electrical and HVAC fields and serving as a summer intern with a local engineering firm.
