Charles Frampton
Charles has been a commercial general contractor for more than 35 years and has built over 2,000 buildings throughout his esteemed career. Charles earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Georgia in 1968, served 3 years in the US Military and embarked upon his professional career as part owner and general manager of IndaCom in Greenville, SC. A native of Summerville, SC, Charles returned to the Charleston area in 1976 and continued his career in construction. Mr. Frampton had a direction and a vision for a company he wanted to maintain. Charles Frampton opened Frampton & Associates on June 14, 1993 with the help and support of his wife Denise and a group of highly skilled and experienced staff. The mission was and still is to provide high quality products with integrity. Since then, Frampton & Associates, Inc has exceeded his vision as a quality construction company. Through out his career Charles has resided on the Metallic Building Company Presidential Advisory Board, member of the Charleston Country Metro Chamber of Commerce, Berkeley Chamber of Commerce, and Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association.

Chad Frampton: Vice President
A graduate of Newberry College, where he was a member of the Kappa Alpha Order, Chad earned his degree in Business Administration. Additionally, he has received certification in Auto Cad from Trident Technical College and the Metallic Building Company Prism Pricing Program, and was part of the Leadership Charleston Class of 2011. Chad has been on the jobsite and learning about construction since his youth. Years ago, He adopted the goal of his father to provide the highest quality construction and continue a reputation of integrity, which he has successfully done thus far. Chad is actively involved with Charleston County Chamber of Commerce's Developers Council, Berkeley Chamber of Commerce’s Young Emerging Leaders, Commercial Investment Division of CTAR, South Carolina Economic Development Alliance, and Urban Land Institute.
